Job Description:

• Conducting one-on-one, small group or group tutoring sessions with students.
• Adhering to the House of Griffin curriculum and quality standards as delineated in our company's onboarding training.
• Assessing students' learning needs and designing customized lesson plans to address those needs.
• Explaining complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Helping students develop study skills and effective learning strategies.
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to students and their parents/guardians.
• Collaborating with other tutors and academic staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student learning and anticipate future course needs.

Educational Requirements

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, the subject area you will be tutoring, or a related field.
• Fluent in English
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the subject(s) you will be tutoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and the ability to work effectively with students of varying ages and skill levels.
• Dedication to helping students achieve their academic goals.
• Flexibility to adapt to students' individual learning styles and needs.
